The Courtyards Apartments offers a variety of floor plan options, ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartment homes.

ALL apartments feature a stainless-steel appliance package, which includes a 21 CU Ft Bottom Freezer Refrigerator with LED Lighting, Glass Cooktop Electric Range, Dishwasher, and Oven Range Microwave Oven. 

3-bedroom and 4-bedroom floor plans have a Private or Attached Bathroom option. The private bathrooms will be located adjacent to your bedroom door in the common area hallway. The attached bathroom option has the bathroom located inside your bedroom space.

Private 1-bedroom and Private 2-bedroom floorplans all have the bathroom located inside your bedroom space.

All floor plans have the option to be located on the 4th Floor and include vaulted ceilings.

All Rates are by bed and per person. All residents will sign an individual lease agreement, where each resident is responsible for their full installment of rent.
